Refund Policy
REACH Industries Pty Ltd offers a 7-day change-of-mind refund period from the date of purchase, provided the customer has not accessed or commenced the online course content.
Once a customer has accessed, viewed, downloaded, or commenced any part of the course content, training materials, modules, or other digital resources, the purchase will be considered commenced and a change-of-mind refund will no longer be available.
To request an eligible refund, the customer must contact REACH Industries Pty Ltd within 7 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.
Refunds will not generally be provided where a customer:
Changes their mind after accessing or commencing the course;
Fails to complete the course;
No longer requires the training;
Does not achieve their desired result or level of competency;
Is unable to complete the course due to personal circumstances; or
Has accessed, downloaded, copied, shared, reproduced, or otherwise used course materials or digital resources.
Course materials, videos, training methods, diagrams, graphics, written content and other resources supplied as part of the course are provided for the purchaser's personal training and educational use and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, resold or provided to another person without prior written permission from REACH Industries Pty Ltd.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, replacement, re-supply or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights will apply regardless of the change-of-mind provisions outlined above.
